Lasting colors & excellent customer service

I actually haven't used Empress, but I'm incredibly impressed with the Pearly Gates and Insurgent colors. The gloss is long-lasting, stays in place, and blends really well with my lip pencils. After about 30sec of applying, it just pops as if it's magic! Seriously, the shine or set (for the matted Insurgent) and the blended color (against the pencil) is perfection! Plus, it's hydrating -and I know the difference with a drying lip gloss. I initially ordered the Empress color but it was out of stock, so I havent tried it yet. The company contacted me via email and text message to let me know of its status and to see if I wanted to change the order. They were very polite and professional. Overall, it's a great value and I'm very pleased with the purchase.
